Kevin Cosgrove
Kevin Cosgrove is known for his client-first approach and for guiding buyers and sellers with care, clarity, and confidence. He previously worked as a policy analyst in the federal government, a background that allows him to expertly navigate the regulatory, financial, and strategic aspects of real estate transactions. In addition to serving his clients, Kevin is a real estate investor and small business owner. Outside of work, he enjoys playing men’s league hockey, running, golfing, and spending time with his kids.

Kaitey Cosgrove
Kaitey Cosgrove is the Business and Marketing Manager at Cosgrove Real Estate Group, where she leads branding, marketing strategy, and client experience. She is also the owner and operator of Foundry Collective & Coffee Bar in Carleton Place, a well-known community hub. Outside of work, Kaitey is a proud mom of three boys and enjoys horseback riding and Pilates in her free time.

Chelsea Elliot is the Administrative Assistant at Cosgrove Real Estate Group. She is currently working toward her real estate license and looks forward to stepping into a more active role in the industry. Chelsea is also a second-year Business Marketing student at Carleton University. Outside of real estate and school, she has a passion for horseback riding and enjoys spending time at the barn.
