Meet Scott Clarke - Our Go-To Home Inspector!
For the last 5 years, we've been working closely with Scott as our go-to Home Inspector. This is an incredibly important relationship in our business as we trust Scott to share his knowledge and expertise with our clients.
The History of the Butcher's Home
Did you know that our listing 294 Flora Street was once the historic home of the Bennett family – a family who for four generations ran a successful butcher’s shop in Carleton Place? James E. Bennett opened his butcher shop called “Bennett’s Meat Market” in approximately 1884. For over 70 years it operated from the building on the corner of Bell St and Bridge Street (currently home to the Carleton Noodle House).
Spotlight | Joe Mamma Cycles
If you’ve cycled in Ottawa or Gatineau, you’ve likely crossed paths with Joe Mamma Cycles in the Glebe. What you may not know is that owner, Jose Bray, has called Carleton Place home for almost a decade and recently opened a second shop in the heart of this growing community.
Food Drive for The Hunger Stop

That’s exactly what we did at our food drive for The Hunger Stop, Lanark County Food Bank, on Saturday, June 11th. Stalwart Brewing Co. was the perfect location for the event and served up pints to all those who donated.
