For the last 5 years, we've been working closely with Scott as our go-to Home Inspector. This is an incredibly important relationship in our business as we trust Scott to share his knowledge and expertise with our clients.⁠

⁠Scott Clarke is the president and lead inspector of Pintail Inspections. His passion for helping others and curious, problem solving nature motivated him to found Pintail Inspections.⁠

⁠Scott is a graduate of the Carson Dunlop Home Inspection Training Program, Candidate Member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI). Pintail Inspections and Scott have been providing professional home inspections in the Ottawa area since 2017.⁠

⁠Home ownership is often one of the biggest decisions one can make, so with each inspection he provides honest, clear reports that help bring his clients closer to their goals.⁠

⁠Fun fact - A portion of proceeds from his home inspection fees go to Ducks Unlimited to support wetlands conservation.
